I have not had a good experience with Dr. Patel, reading her great reviews was the reason I came to her however all these great reviews was not what I experienced. Her staff was fine, they did well. However, Dr. Patel did not seem like she cared at all about me, or how I was feeling. Yeah I understand you see a lot of patients. But I'm sick, and I came to her for help and I didn't feel like I was helped in anyway. I told her some things that were wrong and she didn't even have any follow up questions she just was going to send meds to my pharmacy in which I went to pick up the next day and they were not even there. I called 3 times the next day, her office did not answer. Then I call 3 more times that afternoon and still couldn't even get a hold of anyone. I really needed someone who cared

One star is too much. Thank God for Medicare And turning 65 Experience. Three out of 4 times were a horrible experiences. Charged for service not rendered. Paid one visit to have blood drawn only to find out they do not draw blood, NO REFUND! On another visit, she referred me to a physical therapist. I was never contacted by them, three weeks later her office called to have a follow up after PT!!! Definitely just trying to see patients and making money. She flies in and out of each office with her broom!!

My whole family has been seeing Dr. Patel for years. She is definitely knows her stuff and is someone I trust.

I have been seeing Dr. Patel for several years now and I can't speak highly enough of the care I've received. From routine check-ups to more complex health issues, Dr. Patel has always been attentive, knowledgeable, empathetic and compassionate. She and her office staff take the time to listen to my concerns and provide thorough explanations of any diagnoses and treatment options. Her bedside manner is exceptional - I always feel at ease during appointments and leave feeling confident in the care I received. The office staff is also friendly and helpful, making for a seamless experience overall. I would highly recommend Dr. Patel to anyone in need of a primary care physician.
