Lack of Accountability and Follow-Through I want to note that I’m only giving two stars because I have had a ongoing rapport with Dr. Sater who has a wealth of knowledge and I trust with my life, and one of the Infusion nurses Mrs. Kim that I’ve known for the past 5 to 6 years has been a joy to work with. She’s kind compassionate, patient and understanding. I am extremely sad. I have to leave under the circumstances from my Infusion suite because of newer employees and their supervisor routed all the trust I had built with Guilford Neurological Associates over the past seven years. Holly, Bree, and their supervisor Kelly with Intrafusion had provided subpar service. They are all patient facing individuals and per Google‘s policy I’m allowed to name them.
