It had been a long time (10 yrs) since my last visit. I was so glad that Dawn was till there. She is fantastic. the service was outstanding. I could not be more pleased.

Services provided would have been excellent if the technician removing the wax from my 93 year old mother’s ear would have communicated with her. She told my sister she went to md office but nobody told her anything. I would suggest that increased communication would improve care

I’ve been going to Dawn for at least ten years at her present practice and years before at her other place. I have nothing but praises for her. She goes out of her way to help me with my hearing loss. I consider her a friend
