This is a terrific office. Across all functions they are outstanding. Patty is friendly, caring, and fun. Trisha has been extraordinarily helpful in managing timing of my recent insurance change - a real patient advocate. And ultimately it's about the quality of the dentistry. My initial experience with Dr. Kostko on a chipped front tooth was brilliant - completely invisible repair. Amazing work. He retired and now I am working with Dr. Crowe whose overall guidance and crown work is stellar. Best dental experience I've ever had and highly recommended. There is a difference out there...

Lady at front desk was rude to my daughter. Used an accusatory tone for a $29 bill. Bill had been paid and settled earlier that day. Lady did apologize. Cleaning felt rushed and not satisfactory. My other daughter felt the same on her last visit - the cleaning was not properly done. We may have to start looking for another provider. We have always been happy with Grove but things have not felt the same in recent times on the pediatric side.

This was my son’s first visit to the dentist, and we were extremely pleased with the experience. The entire clinic staff was exceptionally friendly and caring, which is crucial for creating positive associations with medical visits for children. My son was thrilled with the gift he received at the end of the visit, as well as the visit itself. Special thanks to Dr. Murphy and the dental hygienist (unfortunately, I can’t recall her name) who was incredibly sweet and attentive. Thanks to their professionalism and empathetic approach, our first dental visit was memorable.

I am beyond frustrated!!!! I have been going to Grove Dental for well over 12 years. I love my hygienist and Dr. Crowe was good. However, since Grove Dental was sold there has been a big difference in the customer service provided to the patients. This central scheduling is a nightmare. Today, I have had just about enough and I am looking for a new dentist. This is what set me over the edge....yesterday I received a call from the dental office in Wheaton informing me that my hygienist was only going to be working on Mondays as she found a job closer to home and that my appointment on Friday was being cancelled. I requested to have the hygienist call me as I wanted to know who she would recommend I see and if it didn't work out I wanted to ask her where she was going so I could follo

Dr Murphy was fantastic with our 4 year old for some pretty extensive dental work. He's kind and caring in his approach. He also made plenty of time to answer our questions. Our son had two hours under general anesthesia using the quantum anesthesia team (They were also fantastic). Everything went great and my son has had little to no pain and is going great after. Becky does a great job coordinating treatment making everything clear and ensuring your experience is as easy as possible. Highly recommend the Wheaton office and Dr Murphy for dealing with your little ones.
