I was treated wonderful when I went to pick up my walker! I'm giving 3 stars because, unless I was given incorrect information this store has closed down.rear wheels are peeling apart and I seriously need replacement wheels. I called this place, just in case they were still open. As I said they treated me with total respect and made me feel that I was important to them. So I would definitely prefer to patronize them. But nobody was there. So I decided to call the hospital and asked them if there is another medical supply in Lebanon. I haven't driven in like 13 years. Adapt Health purchased GSH Wellspan Durable Medical Equipment in early June according to my understanding. An order for a DME was submitted by my PCP. My doctor's office had not heard back from Adapt Health so they recommended calling their local office and gave me the national number too in case I had no success locally. Spoke with Jennifer on Tuesdsay July 1st early in the morning. She could not find any info about me in their 'system' including my insurance info, the order, etc. etc. After a lot of digging she did find some info, but not the order from my PCP even when I gave her the order number my PCP's nurse gave me. I shared with Jennifer from Adapt Health that I have surgery scheduled for the next day so I would prefer to get this resolved today as I could not talk tomorrow. Jen

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I am younger so I guess I shouldn’t have a disability right? I felt like I was being toyed with after my insurance was giving me trouble which I fixed immediately. Then I went back for the second time just to be told to go somewhere else! I called the place they recommended for me and all I was given was a statement that they don’t fulfill my type of medical order!!!! I am livid, don’t ever ever go here if you want your order to be fulfilled without a full wild goose chase each time.
