Guster, Losey and Mack DDS: Marysville Dental Associates "Love Your Smile!"

Everything was going good for my first two routine checks & my first round of fills. I had neglected to see a dentist for a few years because I was embarrassed of my teeth. The second round was 3 teeth that needed done. But the last tooth on the one side, I feel was drilled down too much. I had recently gotten wisdom teeth pulled. Essentially removed the cusp of one tooth, & then told me I needed a crown. When it wasn’t discussed prior to drilling that tooth down that it would need a crown. I have no knowledge if the decay went that far down because the tooth was whole & I had zero issues with it prior. Staff need to be completely honest about what they’re doing. I know very little about dentistry but now I’m concerned it was about getting me back in to get more work done.

Staff is extremely rude. Yelling/cursing at someone for simply walking their dog and blaming them for the dog poop problem at the complex behind their office is extremely unprofessional. It’s also a bad look for the office. Do better and discuss the issues directly with the complex office instead of yelling at random people who didn’t do anything.

I have gone to this office a handful of times now and always have a good experience. Dr Mack and all of the hygienists are always so kind and explain everything in simple terms so I can understand everything. It’s hard to find a doctor that can drop the doctor jargon with patients, and Dr Mack and Jenny especially have always listened and answered every question I’ve had and have never made me feel like they didn’t care. I have a great fear of dentists due to unfortunate circumstances in the past at other offices, but I am never afraid to come here and almost excited to because I know they will help me and my teeth. I will not go to any other office unless Dr Mack ever leaves. I travel 40 minutes just to come here. Very highly recommend! Edit to add since I’ve seen this mentioned in other

My son has been seen here twice and both times were great. Dr. Bowen and his team deliver a great environment and a stellar product.

The office is clean and peaceful. Everyone is very welcoming, friendly, and professional. Great place!!!
