My son injured his shoulder during an MMA tournament. I immediately started searching for a physical therapist. Dr. Jim was extremely quick to respond, and he got my son in immediately. There's little to no wait time in the office. Dr. Jim is extremely respectful of our time. He is knowledgeable, as well as friendly and personable. You can always contact him on his cell or via text if need be. We have seen him a total of three times now. I would definitely use him in the future, and we have already recommended him to friends of ours.

Having the privilege of being personally trained by Jim is the most advantageous part of my quest for strength and health as I age ! I had a bad accident 2 years ago and couldn’t walk for months. I had PT, but knew I needed a great trainer to accelerate my progress. He is the most skilled, patient, accommodating, supportive person. He listens and makes a program geared to your success- whatever age or physical condition you are ! It’s not easy to find someone as professional and dedicated as Jim! 5* plus plus!

Been working out with Jim for 3 months with amazing results. He’s punctual, professional, and very knowledgable. I have had many previous injuries and he is mindful and has been helping me to properly heal and work through them. He is accommodating of my schedule and always shows up happy and ready to work which pushes you to do better. I’ve worked with several other trainers in the past, but James is the best there is! I would highly recommend training with him!!!

Working with James was an interesting journey to say the least. For once I was looking forward to exercising. He is incredibly familiar with various workout regimes and styles, and tailored my workouts to my specific needs such as grip strength for rock climbing. It’s also a fun experience as we crack jokes and laugh throughout the workout. Training with James make being consistent with my workout easy. I was working out previously but my form and technique was off and James really helped get me on the right track to avoid injury. Highly recommend looking into sessions with him if you are looking to get into exercise, if you’re trying to amp up your routine, or if you had specific areas you’re looking to work on.

James is very knowledgeable, patient, and is always challenging me. He has given me hope through results that I could avoid another hip surgery by listening to my body and giving it what it needs to heal. I highly recommend James to anybody who is serious about healing, getting into better shape, and having fun doing it.
