Haines City Rehabilitation and Nursing Center

I can’t say enough great things about Haines City Nursing and Rehab! The nursing staff is truly exceptional attentive, compassionate, and always willing to go the extra mile. The rehab team is amazing and works so hard to help residents regain their strength and independence. The food is great, the customer service is top-notch, and the activities keep residents engaged and involved every day. The facility is always clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. A special shoutout to the social worker who goes above and beyond for her residents her dedication, kindness, and support truly make a difference. I highly recommend Haines City Nursing and Rehab to anyone looking for quality care for their loved one!

Very clean facility and phenomenal physical therapy!!! My dad has been here since Jan 22nd and we're very calm and happy with all the attention and care he's been given by the nurses and staff.. Food is quite delicious and the patient can switch to other choices if the main plate is not to their liking, which is a great idea and option. Once more their physical therapy area and employees are phenomenal.

Receptionist and others very gave us a warm welcome. Facility was very clean and tidy. Patient seemed well taken care of and said they treated her well and that the food was very good. Just too much for her. We visited Wednesday, during dinner. Other patients seemed to be very content. Pleasant visit! 😊

Where do I start? This will be a long post so be prepared. When you see the 4 star rating on this place please do not believe it. This place should be rated as a 1. Let me start by saying that if you have a family member with special needs, someone who needs assistance taking care of them selves, or you can not visit your family member daily please do not send them there. My brother in law came in needing special medicine, a soft diet and assistance eating, and his vitals taken often. They failed him on all fronts. There was not enough staff and the nurse that was in charge of him, Felicia, was disgustingly rude. She left my brother in law in a dirty diaper for god knows how long which caused the worst diaper rash I have ever seen. He was huddled in a ball freezing under a thin sheet hall

I’m not sure yet as my family members has just arrived here. I will be showing up un- announced to see for my own eye what kind of care she is receiving. What kind of shape this places is in, and how the staff treat their patients. I’m hoping that I will see her well taken care of and in the best shape possible at this time her life. As it should be if you’re working at one of these facilities you should be caring enough about your patients as you would your own family members! See you soon Lynne ❤️
