Unbelievably unprofessional. I got a lash lift and tint done. My lashes were left over processed, scraggly, unmanageable, and looking shorter than before the treatment. After telling Tarie about my experience, she blamed it on me, saying I did not follow after care instructions (I followed them perfectly). I consulted an actual professional, who confirmed that the state my lashes were in was completely due to Tarie's mistakes during the treatment, and by no error of my own. Tarie offered to redo my lashes after 5 weeks, but that does not fix the problem as I'd be stuck with these horrible lashes on my face for weeks. She then offered to redo the lashes sooner, but I did not want her to put more chemicals on already over processed lashes. I requested a refund which was promptly denied. S
