Hampden Hearing Center

I got an appointment very timely, after asking other centers for an audiological exam, and wait was three months. Staff were very responsive to questions, and assisted with demonstrating hearing aids, so I could get a true experience of wearing them. I was impressed. Very grateful.

Wow! What an amazing experience with the Audiologist and her support staff. Clearly, the BEST customer service my wife and I have had in a medical type facility, and we are in our 80’s. Very professional, friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended for all who need a hearing evaluation and/or hearing aid assistance. Jamie, the audiologist I was so fortunate to have, is the consummate professional, and an expert in her profession, with the gift to clearly explain the medical information necessary for thorough patient understanding. The evaluation seemed very professional and accurate. I will probably get optimal hearing aids. The discussion with the audiologist was very depressing. Maybe that's the way it should have been. But her comments were along the line of "this might not work" as opposed to "these will probably help you," etc.. There wasn't a single positive statement. I left thoroughly depressed.

I had a broken piece to my hearing aid. My normal location was going to make me wait a few days. I am very dependent on my hearing aids and Hampden Hearing Center got me in right away. They cleaned them up and made sure they were best working condition. I can't wait to use them again!!
