Stephanie is incredibly skilled and knowledgeable. I came in for trigger point massage therapy to help with a 15 year old injury that was flared up and painful. After just the first session, my muscles were no longer seized up, my range of motion increased and my partner commented that my posture had visibility improved. One massage doesn't heal a 15 year old injury, but tangible healing and improvement took place! Even though trigger point therapy can be intense, she was mindful of making it a relaxing experience and I left feeling deeply relaxed.

Stephanie is a professional who has the training and experience to analyze an issue and treat it. I spent a number of weeks with physical therapists who could not find the root of my problem. Stephanie zeroed in on it during our first session and has already given me relief. I wish I had gone to her first. I look forward to to more sessions.

Stephanie Metzger is the best massage therapist I have ever experienced. She is the most knowledgeable, having studied physical therapy. She has a broad base of knowledge, not only understanding my description of what hurts and how that is correlated to other bodily parts and functions but she also knows what exercises will enable me to avoid issues recurring. Lastly, she is pleasant and a pleasure to work with.

WOW!!! Stephanie is a fantastic massage therapist. She's a kind, compassionate, perceptive and an intuitive healer. (I could keep going) Her hands always find the area/s that need attention. She is so easy to communicate with. She has studied so many techniques and she uses all of them to create a massage that is exactly what your body needs. She genuinely wants to help you overcome/heal what is troubling your body. I feel that she has a pretty high emotional IQ too. I always leave her studio feeling so much better than when I got there. I'm grateful to have found her!!
