I Love This Pharmacy. I Love Jolene, She's So Sweet And Helpful. Genuinely A Concerned Neighbor, And Very Knowledgeable. This Store Isn't Just In My Community, It IS My Community. I Love Y'all.

This has become one of the worst pharmacy’s I’ve ever experienced.. I’ve been using this pharmacy for a long time but it’s time for a switch. Every time I come here I’m waiting for meds to be ready.. medications they’ve had days to complete sometimes. The staff are not that friendly.. they have issues with trying to charge people copay’s for things that insurance has covered completely and I have had to call insurance myself and they can’t understand why the pharmacy hasn’t gotten the memo. As I sit and wait for my medications 20-30 minutes at a time I can’t help but notice that the majority of the other people are usually upset or aggravated at the pharmacy with the exception of a few that might actually get their medications on time when they arrive. I think they need to get it together.

Very helpful and professional staff are great

Unfortunately I have a lot unpleasant experiences with Hannaford Pharmacy. If you call ahead they won't have it ready. Now they won't right up other items so I didn't see the sign and I put down 1 box of over the counter medicine. A young lady throws the box towards me. She used to be a cashier for the store. After waiting 45 minutes for something my doctor had ordered before I got there I get a phone call while I'm in there waiting room saying they didn't have it on hand.

Helpful, knowledgeable pharmacists work here who take the time to explain medications. Always congenial and always friendly whether it’s an in-person interaction or via phone. Thank you Hannaford Pharmacy Auburn!
