I arrived for oral surgery and was back at my desk answering emails an hour later—which is honestly a little rude because I was really counting on using 'recovering from surgery' as an excuse to nap for at least three days. ​Morgan and Macey were so kind and welcoming that I briefly forgot I was at a surgical center and not a high-end spa. The energy in this office is suspiciously good; I walked in expecting a dental nightmare and left feeling like I’d just hung out with the 'cool kids' for a bit. ​If you’re looking to get poked and prodded by the absolute best, this is the place. Dr. Hinz is an absolute ANGEL. I came in for a wisdom tooth removal, (I was awake the entire time-crazy I know but wait!), and Dr. Hinz made my entire procedure comfortable, and relaxing. Dr. Hinz talked me through the entire process, with reassurance and delicacy. Additionally, the entire removal process was fast and efficient! Dr. Hinz is someone who truly cares about his patients and I’m so grateful to have the privilege of him being my oral surgeon. What oral surgeon do you know sends you home with ice cream!!!!???? AMAZING. Dr. Hinz even called me later in the evening, after my appointment to check to see how I am doing. Dr. Hinz is a saint. OH! And can’t forget the amazing staff at Harbor Oral. Everyone is completely friendly, personable and straight forward. You guys are the best. 1

Many thanks to Becky who went the extra mile to dig into stored paper records for my wife's implant that was done about 20 years ago. Wife is undergoing current work with a prosthodontist and they needed the information about the implant including size and manufacturer. I wasn’t exactly thrilled to see another surgeon this year. Fresh off a knee replacement and tooth extraction weeks prior, I was nervous about getting all four wisdom teeth yanked. But this team nailed it. The front desk was friendly and welcoming, like I was checking in for a spa treatment instead of oral surgery. The surgical staff were professional, funny, and genuinely calming. But most of all, DAMN were these guys prepared. They reminded me of a formula 1 team changing tires at a pit stop: everyone had a role to execute and it was done to perfection. When they put me out, I was dreaming of mimosas. Not bad for oral surgery. Clear aftercare instructions, zero confusion, and genuinely great people. And dare I forget the complimentary tub of my favorite ice cream to go home with. A sm

Many thanks to Dr. David Ludwig and his medical support and office staff. I found Dr. Ludwig to be very calm and personable, and his assistants to be reassuring. After three molar extractions and three implants with and without sedation over around 18 months, I can confidently recommend this crew!
