Harris Teeter Pharmacy

Everyone is super nice & helpful. A major plus for me is that they actually answer the phone! You can literally talk to a real person! Unlike other “big name” places that make you leave a VM & pray someone eventually calls you back. It’s great when you just have a quick question

The customer service at this pharmacy is almost laughably bad - a couple folks in particular are just consistently rude, unhelpful, and unfriendly for reasons I just cannot fathom. They make it seem like you're bothering them for using the pharmacy. HT would really be well served by getting some friendlier people behind that counter, good lord.
