Without a doubt THE place to be for ACL rehab. Brad and Alyssa have been amazing in helping our daughter get back to her peak performance level. The Bone and Joint Institute really understands athletes, and also connected us with a mental health specialist and nutritionist to help in the recovery process. When the worst happens, its nice to know you have people ready to pick you back up and we can't thank the Bone and Joint Institute enough.

Front desk receptionists are all very friendly and welcoming. Training team is very knowledgeable and great to work with. I haven't had too many sessions yet but so far it feels great to be pushed outside of my "comfort" zone. I really feel like I'm on the best road to recovery.

Im extremely disappointed with service from bone and joint physical therapy. I dont agree with the after visit notes the Physical Therapist Robin C put in my file on 11/21/25. Bone and Joint doesn't have appointment windows to accommodate and I explained that to her. Also they rather you work at home alone and I don't feel stable enough to do that. The receptionist couldn't schedule me for any of the times and days I requested, both times I attempted to get scheduled. She informed me that slots fill up very fast. I feel more staffing and a few later shifts are necessary at bone and joint. I need late appointments so that im not in so much pain all day after PT.

I would not go anywhere else except for the Hartford, healthcare bone and joint institute of Hartford. I have received the best care by my therapist . I am making tremendous progress.

I can’t say enough good things about Bone & Joint rehab. I started going there when I was frustrated and a little lost in my recovery from ACL surgery. Under the care of Dr. Stefanie Bourassa I found my way again. I sought out services with Dr. Pete who helped with my mindset and still continue to work out with Erica Bushey for strength and conditioning. From the parking staff to the front desk to the physical therapists and trainers - they all make driving into Hartford worth the trip!
