I had an awful customer service experience recently. Starting at the receptionist: -I was told a price for a cleaning over the phone. And then, In person, the receptionist tells me a HIGHER price. I ask her why it’s not the price I was told and she starts cutting me off, etc. I asked her when the price changed since I made my appointment around 3 weeks ago, she then says “The price must have went up about 3 weeks ago.” In the most condescending attitude. The hygienist never introduced herself until she was about to start and I had to be the one to initiate asking her name (she said her name is Roseanne). She was so monotone with a cold demeanor, no pleasantries no warm greeting. Just the bare minimum communication. The cleaning was painful. I alerted her at different moments that the

I have been with Hassey dental from the time they were in Lawrence, Massachusetts. I liked Dr Hassey (father). His son Dr. Eduard Hassey and Dr.Thinn are wonderful. I see any of the hygienists for cleaning because every one of them is great and do an excellent job. The receptionist throughout the years I have been there, had been very helpful, respectful and friendly.

I was so satisfied with the care I got at TK dental. My dentist Dr. Tanya had very delicate hands and the whole procedure was painless. I recommend this place to anybody who is looking for a dentist.
