Customer Reviews
My 3 day, 2 night stay was comfortable. The nurses I had were very polite. Always knocked before coming in witch I like, and always asked if I needed anything. I was not impressed with the kitchen. My first night I was on a liquid only diet, but then I went to a low fat diet. I was never told what I was getting for food it was just served to me. I really did not eat much of any of it because it was food I do not like to eat. My last day I was asked what I wanted witch I asked for a Caesar salad not what was getting served. I did not get my Caesar salad I got the pulled pork sandwich with beans and coleslaw. Not what I wanted so I did eat the lunch. Other then that for my first time being hospitalized it was a decent time. I just recommended giving the patient a small menu to choose from. I
I got treated in the ER last night and all my nurses - Jo, Rachel, and Dionne were wonderful. Dr. Saline was awesome and worked with me on an outpatient treatment plan so I didn’t have to be admitted. If this hospital still admitted patients to the floor though as opposed to being transferred, I would have stayed as I really trust the care they provide here at Pasadena!
I walked into the emergency room with a sliced finger and they walked me right in and had staff with me not even 2 minutes after arriving. Every staff person that I interacted with was very friendly. The doctor even walked around and gave everyone a piece of candy. I was treated and out within an hour which is unheard of for an emergency room! I kinda want to keep this place my little secret but they deserve all the praise for great work!
I can't say enough good things about Pasadena Hospital's ER. The staff was professional and caring. I was in and out within 1 1/2. Blood work done, read by the doctor and diagnosis given. Great job to all involved!
I am totally outraged over my most recent experience at Pasadena Hospital ER. Because I had been at Pasadena often over the past several years, I went to the ER recently. Only after being registered, I was told that they no longer admit patients and therefore couldn't treat me. They discharged me so I could go elsewhere. When I learned I was charged for the "visit" I called to ask why I was charged when all they did for me was tell me they couldn't do anything for me. I was told that once I entered the ER I could be charged. When I asked why I wasn't told before stepping in that they couldn't treat me, they said the receptionist didn't have authority to give that information. I almost thought they must be kidding but they were not. I have to wait 15-30 days to receive an itemized bill bef
