It's great for therapy and general wellness! They feature an indoor track, swimming pool, workout rooms, and workout machines. They are limited on weight lifting due to the limited amount of space, but it's a great place to get started on your fitness goals!
The Physical Therapy department is an awesome new facility with so much to offer! The staff are amazing, friendly and very knowledgeable! Love the small town family atmosphere! Also the heated pool is incredible!
