I have been dealing with terrible back and hip pain along with joint inflammation. I was looking for a therapist who specializes in more than just a relaxing massage. I was lucky enough to find Iraida, at Health and Spirit Wellness Spa. Her technique is on point, she knows every bone, every muscle and joint, she knows the movements and the pressure that each part of the body needs. I've had several sessions of lymphatic drainage massage along with therapeutic massage and the gnawing pain in my hip and my back has subsided. Overall I feel so much better since I have started my sessions at Health and Spirit Wellness Spa. Iraida is the best massage therapist I have ever been to (and I've been to about 15). She is able to find knots and sore spots and work them out even when I didn't't know I had them. She truly cares about your health and helping you feel better. She listens to your needs, is personable, and professional. I won't go to anyone else anymore. Client for life!
Iraida was incredible! She was professional and knowledgeable in her craft. She took the time before our session to listen to and address any concerns I had. She explained the process as she was working on me. She was incredibly sweet and made me feel extremely comfortable. I left feeling amazing. I would 100% recommend her!
There are a lot of options when it comes to massage services, but Iraida is the absolute best! She made my surgical experience a breeze, when so many tried to prepare me for the worst. She is an exceptional professional with trusted hands. Highly recommend! :-)
