HealthPoint - Plant City - Family & Internal Medicine

After having a confirmed appointment with Dr.Davis for my wife to be seen for a possible viral infection (the flu). The hired help (Lura) who made the appointment calls and leaves a voicemail on my phone not even my wife's phone stating that the appointment has been canceled. So at 1600 hours I drop off my wife to be seen and they tell her the appointment has been canceled. So here we are 1600 hours at a place that will not see her and the only places that will be open are walk in clinics and er rooms. How unprofessional can people be, to think that it's acceptable to cancel a patient's appointment by not even calling the patient? My wife is in tears and now we are having to take her to the Urgent Care in Plant City. I can only hope that one day (Laura) has to go through this same
