Jordan was such a pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond with every step to make sure the right product and everything works perfectly. He truly took his time and just above and beyond caring. Thank you again for helping me get my hearing back and be able to hear with clarity. My heart is so full.

I've been to several hearing aid and testing centers with my children who have hearing problems, and in 19 years of coming and going not once have I received as much information in 19 years as I did with my visit today. The hearing specialist Mr Jordan went above and beyond the call of duty made my daughter feel good and helped her to understand through a diagram and personal illustration what is going on with her hearing. Thank you Mr. Jordan and Hear again America. I will be coming back with my son very soon.

Every time I come, I leave happy! They are knowledgeable and very friendly. Plus, they have been able to fix my problem right there , and not send my hearing aids out!

Jordan and Savannah were very helpful, friendly eased my anxiety about the hearing test. Jordan is very knowledgeable and took time to explain the anatomy and physiology of the ear. He explained each step of the procedures he did.. I recommend this office in Port St.Lucie to anyone who suspects they are hard of hearing.

I just had an appt with Jordan at the PSL location. I needed some help with sizing my hearing aid domes. His knowledge was extremely insightful & thorough. He spent an incredible amount of time with me on aids I had purchased someplace else to make sure I had a good experience with the correct domes. Great experience, competent, & personable. Definitely recommend. Give him a try… it just may save your hearing
