Hear Again Center

I brought my 98 year old Mom in yesterday for her appt. When we arrived we were greeted by Carol who was very friendly and knowledgeable. Carol brought us in the room promptly, we didn’t wait but 2 minutes when Dr Varricchio (Sarah) joined us. Sarah was very kind, understanding and patient with my Mom. When it came to fitting my Mom for hearing aids Sarah was extremely knowledgeable, she knew exactly what kind of aids would be best for my Mom. Mom was fitted with her new hearing aids and off we went. We were in and out in a little over a hour, no time was wasted yet we were not rushed. Honestly, from start to finish everything was flawless. I highly recommend Hear Again Center, you will love their professional and friendly staff.

Once again I can't say enough about the service I received. Lauren Banas is very thorough takes her time explains everything answers any questions you have. I recommend hear again to anybody who has hearing problems.

My appt went very well. I was taken almost immediately. My technician was professional, courteous, fast but not rushed and overall very pleasant in a friendly way.

I read all the reviews before making an appointment and was impressed with how well-rated they were online. However, I had an entirely different experience. I got a complimentary hearing test, but after testing, the appointment then felt like a hard-sell, car sales experience. There was no discussion of my hearing test results, no recommendations as to what type of hearing aid may or may not work for me, no re-testing once they put a new pair of hearing aids in my ears. They did not offer any options other than pitcing the top of the line, most expensive pair of Starkey hearing aids. There was no discussion about just what these wonderful hearing aids can do, how they can help, what makes them different.
