While a modest office, all that is important about receiving care was in place. Attention to detail by both front office and back office. The clinical interview was formal yet informal striking an efficient yet sensitive balance between gathering data earnestly, bedside manner and providing a treatment plan. The staffing of the front office complemented the back office and clinical departments of this small, humane practice. The front office personnel informed this patient of her recent hiring status and asked for patience as she continues to acclimate to a new employment environment. I was impressed with her taking the risk of her disclosure and despite her being a bit trepidatious she was more efficient and kindly than I am accustomed to from the "sage" veteran front office receptionist.

I have been going to this practice for about 2 ½ years and continue to have a very good experience. Dr. Ferro is a very professional and knowledgeable and very current with the latest issues involving hearing lose and solutions for improvement. The doctor is a very good listener and very receptive to questions. I never feel that I’m being rushed out of the office. The support staff are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend contacting this hearing aid practice if you have any hearing issues.

The people there were very friendly and helpful. Even when I had trouble accessing documents that I needed. As wheelchair user. I had no problem getting into the building, but the elevator is very small and was difficult to navigate. Navigate. Also the bathrooms are completely inaccessible. Although they have bars, they are too small for anyone in a wheelchair l to easily use they would work well for an elderly person who just needs some support when standing
