Cheerful greeting when I arrived which made me smile. Comfortable atmosphere. Things were explained to me before and during my hearing test. After the hearing test the Audiologist went over my results with me and gave me a copy before I left. Highly recommend this business to anyone.

I met with Dr. Judy McMahon and she was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. She made me feel at ease immediately. I loved that she explained everything that she was doing for the testing, and then took the time to explain her findings at the end of the testing. I would definitely recommend, to anyone in need of the services they provide.
I had a hearing test today at the Hearing Aid Consultants of CNY-Baldwinsville office. Peter conducted the exam and then went over in detail the results explaining everything. Highly recommend this this Hearing Aid facility.
