Hearing Aid Works

My visits to Hearing Aid Works are always very pleasant! Today I saw the extremely congenial Audiologist, Dr. Carolynne Pouliot. She, and the other Audiologists, are very adept at resolving any issues, and updating hearing aid firmware! I was given another hearing test today to determine any amount of change. And the update added extra functionality, and volume! I've been to other Audiologists a few years ago, and there is no comparison! Service with a smile must be their motto! Mike Mumford

Great customer service. The audiologists are Very knowledgeable and patient in providing clear to understand information in choosing the correct hearing aid that is right for you both medically and financially. Processing insurance and credit payments were easily done by the friendly office personnel. Also loved the fact that it is a locally owned company supporting the local community.

Everyone at the office is always friendly. At every appointment any questions or concerns I always feel I have been understood and addressed accurately. I always suggest a visit to the folks here to coworkers and family. I don't think any has visited them yet. However they make the visit easy and stress free. It's not easy to admit to aging issues or just something is failing. I always feel today's care is the priority and not yestpoor judgment.

The staff was very kind and welcoming. Dr. Brenna carefully explained each test, its purpose, and the results, which made the entire experience very reassuring. I truly appreciated the care and attention!!

Excellent service and very knowledgeable staff who stay up to date with the latest technology. Everyone is friendly and helpful, and they do a great job keeping our hearing in top shape.
