They helped me connect my hearing aids no problem and I learned I have audio processing disorder so that was useful information to know about myself. Dr. Joel Jackson is amazing and so helpful and friendly! I saw the other 1 star reviews but I don’t understand because I had nothing but a good experience.

I recently visited Dr. Joel Jackson at HEARING AND BRAIN CENTERS OF AMERICA for my annual hearing test and the whole experience felt easy and supportive. From the moment I walked in, Dr. Jackson was welcoming and took the time to listen to my concerns. He explained the test results without rushing me. He was very patient and listening to my concerns about the problem I was having inserting the aids into my ears.. He tried several different tips until he found the right one. I noticed a real difference right away, Sounds are clearer. What I most appreciate was his follow up care, he checked in to make sure everything was working well and answered questions patiently. It’s rare to find provider that combines professionalism with kindness, but that’s exactly what I found here. I’d recommend

I and my husband have been patients here for many years. My husband had Parkinson’s and Dementia and he was always treated with patience and kindness. As a result he always remembered to use his hearing aides. Dr. Jackson is very knowledgeable in his field and listens to every detail. I always feel comfortable and well taken care of. I just completed my annual examination and I’m pleased to state that I have maintained my hearing status the same as last year with no further loss. I had my hearing messed up in 1967 while serving in Vietnam and have had several hearing aids over the years. Going to Dr. Jackson has been a blessing ! he has been able to adjust frequency to where I can hear people better and also be in involved in group conversations. Thank you very much.

I just completed my first year evaluation with Dr. Jackson. After telling him my concerns, he conducted several tests. He made adjustments to my devices that significantly improved my hearing. My wife still yells at me but not related to hearing issues.
