Dr. Butler is very knowledgable and patient-friendly. She takes plenty of time with exams and to answer questions, never rushing appointments. Receptionist Becky is always pleasant and efficient. You can't go wrong with HAC.

Dr. Nikki Butler is fantastic with my mother! I take my mom to go see her and she is so patient and professional with her. She gave my mom an option of a hearing accessory to boost her hearing aids even more, that we did not know even existed after seeing 2 prior audiologists. Dr. Butler listened to my mother’s needs and found a solution that made not only my mom, but the whole family happy (especially in big gatherings where she can hear us now)!

They are very caring. They take their time with patients. They listen to concerns. They take time to teach the patient about their hearing aids and apps. Wonderful people!
