Hearing First

After working in a loud environment for years, I noticed my hearing had declined—I was struggling to follow conversations, and my kids often got frustrated, thinking I wasn’t listening. I scheduled an appointment at Hearing First and they got me in right away for a hearing test. They helped me with all the WSIB paperwork, and let me trial a pair of hearing aids to see if they were the right fit. They followed up with multiple appointments to ensure everything was working perfectly for me and fine tuned the hearing aids to meet my needs. Every time I went in, I was greeted warmly and even offered coffee. The entire staff was incredibly helpful, kind, and caring. Their dedication to making sure I had the best experience was evident at every step. I highly recommend Hearing First.

I had an excellent experience here. I had a hearing test scheduled and the first thing they offered me was something to drink, to which I accepted. This kind gesture made the experience much more comfortable. The staff here are very professional and caring. I would definitely recommend this hearing clinic.
