Dr. Lynn provided my father with a hearing aid consultation today. My father was very apprehensive coming in the appointment. Nicole at the front desk was very nice and knowledgeable. She verified his insurance coverage before getting started. Dr. Lynn eased my father mind upon meeting him and provided him a comprehensive hearing test exam. Dr. Lynn walked my father with his hearing aid options and answered any of his questions. Dr. Lynn was very friendly, comprehensive and informative while providing excellent care. We would highly recommend Dr. Lynn.

Dr Lin and staff are extremely professional, accommodating, attentive and most of all patient. I’ve returned multiple times within the past year and a half, and Dr Lin has always treated me the same way as if it was my first appointment. Truly admirable and I highly recommend her.

I have been wearing hearing aids for the past 23 years I was at chop until 6 years ago and since being an adult tried four different audiologist in the area, the last adult audiologist being Hear Well Again. Easily Hear Well Again is the best one I've been too.. not even a close comparison. (I will also note that I am extremely picky.) The staff is amazing, respectful, kind, and knowledgable. They take the time to explain how the technology works and even more importantly they make adjustments based on feedback you give them. (In my experience, this is not always the case for adult audiologists.) They also are super helpful when it comes to technology getting broken or lost. 5/5 is way too little of a rating for this location.
