I can’t give enough praise for how well I was taken care of by Maggie, it was well beyond my expectations. I will recommend Hearing Life to all my friends and family.
I was very pleased with my HearingLife experience . Bridget at the front desk was very sweet and welcoming. As for the examination, Maggie did a very thorough testing both with the testing “booth” and getting as much general background information before recommending replacing hearing aids. The sound is amazing!!! I hear better than before…which is always the goal.
Maggi has taken care of my hearing problems for several years and she is OUTSTANDING. She has given me the tools to make my life meaningful. Never regretted switching from Costco to Maggi.
To begin with, it was quite easy to schedule an appointment. Maggie, the audiologist, was highly personable and helpful. She listened to my issues and what I wanted, within the guidelines of my insurance. As we waited for the hearing aids to come in, Maggie kept me abreast of the progress. When they finally came in, she did a great job of explaining how to clean them, insert them and the support I could expect. I needed an unscheduled maintenance visit which was accompanied and then Maggie spent time answering several new questions. As always she and her office staff were very helpful. Great team.
I was so pleased with the service I received. I hadn't bought my hearing aids here but I was treated so nicely.I would definitely recommend them and when it is time for replacement I will definitely go to Hearing Life of Freehold. SUSAN B
