It was an excellent experience going to HearingLife to find out what their hearing aids could do to help me hear better. Chris Bartlett really knew his product and after I explained what my needs were he was able to tell me how the hearing aids could help. There was no pressure and he invited me to call or visit with questions. After checking out 2 more businesses I called him and made an appointment for a hearing. At the appointment he tested my hearing and showed me the hearing aids that would be the best for me. Chris actually ordered the pair he thought would be best for me and then showed me how to use them. So I went home with new hearing aids! Then we made an appointment for the following week to see how they were working. I've been wearing them for a few days and love them! I hi
Very nice, very attentive to my needs but also was kind with advice on my original warrant and offered good advice on servicing my hearing aid. Helped with installing and utilizing the AP for my particular hearing aid. Would definitely recommend.
My father had a transformative experience here with Mr. Bartlett. He has been resisting wearing hearing aids for the past ten years but Mr. Bartlett, the specialist working with my father was patient and did not try to oversell, thus winning my father's trust. The latest technology available here also to care of the issues my father had and he's now actually using the hearing aids. I highly recommend this place.
Chris is definitely an expert with customers and did a fantastic job explaining the many phases from beginning to end with the hearing test experience. Thoroughly explained each step. Very knowledgeable. Both Chris and Marcia made the process easy.
These past few years, I am loving my hearing aids and so appreciate the excellent service from Chris. It’s wonderful that I can get free check ups in which I get both my hearing and hearing aids checked snd adjusted. So that is why I turn to Hearing Life for my hearing aids.
