As usual, both Alan and Donna were wonderful. Both are incredibly professional. I always feel like I’m visiting friends when I see them.
The hearing specialist was amazing. He was kind and explained everything from why do the test to what he was doing and how to use the hearing aid. Highly recommend.
I always have had excellent care at Hearing Life!Whether, it’s to reset my hearing aids to a new setting, clean them or send one off to be repaired or replaced. Alan was the most thorough and knowledgeable hearing professional. He fixed issues I have had for 4 years ( he was not my original provider), did not try to talk me into updated technology that wouldn’t have made noticeable difference. I highly recommend him and the office in general!
