A very informative, helpful appointment for both my husband and myself. Randy was welcoming and helpful. Julie was personal and professional and explained each step of the process, carefully going over the results with us and what they translated into our individual hearing health. Very efficient and thorough exam by the audiologist.All questions were addressed with patience. Location of the office is very convenient for patients who live on the outer Cape.Availability times for appointments has been expanded which is also appreciated.I would advise friends looking for aids to go to Orleans hearing life for many reasons(all positive)
Had a wonderful experience. Originally received my hearing aids at the Dennis store 2022. Was having problems with the volumes on both hearing aids ( one wasn't working at all!) Julie in Orleans was wonderful and helped repair my gear. Walk in appt was easy and is scheduled for a hearing test next month. Highly recommend.
