We came here to get hearing aides looked over as my dad said his weren’t working properly. He had purchased them here over a year ago and have warranty for quite some time. They have walk in services between one and two in the afternoon so we headed there at that time. The employee was really friendly. She encouraged my dad to return more frequently for cleanings & check up’s and booked his appointment for a hearing test. It wasn’t busy, there only arrived another gentleman here who was taken care of once we were done.

After hearing great reviews about the customer service and professionalism at HearingLife, I booked an appointment for my grandmother. It was a great experience from start to finish. The clinician was very thorough and personable and we never once felt overwhelmed. The results and options were presented to us in a way we could understand and we did not feel pressured to purchase anything - although we did. bonus - they accept AirMiles :)

I called HearingLife to have my late fathers name off their registry and they told me it would take 6 weeks to have his removed . After 2 months I am still receiving correspondence from HearingLife.

Very clean. Very good understanding my situation. I highly recommend hearing life. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Picked up a pair of ear plugs here and they're amazing. Great service and recommend to everyone!
