I love everyone at Heart Rhythm Associates! The whole crew is so friendly and kind. Dr. Watts has such a way of explaining all your issues with you. Richard is great! He makes me feel so at ease with what's going on with my heart issues. If I have to call them, they are quick to get back with me. I have many health concerns, they make me feel like family! I'll begin by saying how professional, friendly, and informative Dr. Watts and the other physicians are, but I wish I could say the same about their front office staff. I had an appt. on a Thurs. I received a call late Monday, informing me that my appt. had to be rescheduled. When I called to reschedule, I let them know that I was leaving town in about 10 days (for several months) and that I needed to get in before I left. I gave them a plethora of options and times over the next week when I was available before I was to leave. They refused to fit me in. My takeaway is that they have no problem postponing my appt., but won't postpone someone else's in order to get me in.

I was most impressed with how much I was treated with dignity and respect from the moment I stepped into the office. The office staff and nurses are most helpful. Dr. Som is great! His bedside manor was just what I was looking for. He took a lot of time answering mine and my husband's questions and put our minds at ease about pros and cons about different procedures. I would highly recommend this group!

Arrived 10 minutes early and was able to do all paperwork and payment before my appointment. Happy that I was called on time and didn't have to sit in the waiting area forever. The staff is exceptional, very cordial and friendly. Always good to see Dr Soma and discuss medical care. Sorry to hear he is moving to the Gulf coast. Wish him the best.
