I saw Heather Herman FNP-C for a Neurology appointment and I had the best experience! Not very often does a medical provider really listen, come up with the best treatment for you and not try to rush you out the door. I tend to get nervous at the doctor, She was extremely easy to talk to and all of my nervousness melted away after she came in the room. I am excited to have found such a great medical provider that wants to get to the bottom of my medical issues and find a solution to help me. I would highly recommend her if you need a Neurology provider.
Heather Herman is excellent. For 40+ years now I've been on an epilepsy drug which controls my seizures w side effects including liver damage. She expertly & quickly checked other drugs with similar profiles.
Heather is seriously so kind and compassionate. I genuinely feel like she is invested in, and such an advocate for my health and wellbeing.
I saw her for a appointment in the neurology department and she was very informative and she seemed different from other doctors like she actually cared. She took plenty time talking with me to get to the bottom of my situation. It wasent like she was trying to hurry up and get done and on with the next patient. Shes also different from others because she's not just a pill prescriber. Most doctors now adays just give u a bunch of medication when in all reality change of diet, more sleep, or stress/anxiety management would cure the problem. I'd rather be and feel my normal self than be put on some medication with side effects and she is supportive of that. She's not a prescription dispenser and I really appreciate that she does
My paperwork was never done and they made no point to contact me. This same paperwork they have had for almost a month. Papers were skipped and all I am told when I call in is, "well it doesn't look like they said they would get it done by a certain date and we will tell them you called in checking on it." I hope you keep that same energy when you send me a bill.
