The service at the front desk is terrible. The girl who greets you upon arrival is rude, unhelpful, and her manner is disrespectful. They work with patients and should treat you with more kindness.I waited two hours and left. The two people who were there didn't speak Spanish and did nothing to help me.If I had seen the bad reviews I wouldn't have come here But I came for my company

Other reviews stating poor customer service. Find a doctor that doesn’t have poor administrative staff and let the world know. I did not have a bad experience with the staff. So 5 of 5 stars. The medical assistant and the doctor were 10 stars out of 5. Clear communication, laser beam focused treatment plan and compassion. If I could make the medical director my primary care physician I would. Thanks.

I used Helix Virtual Med for a recent medical issue, I was dealing with a tooth infection that was causing a lot of pain and needed kind of last minute medical attention and didn’t have the time to visit my local urgent care and most urgent care clinics around me close somewhat early. I found Helix through a quick search via my insurance company and was pleasantly surprised that they would not only take my insurance but they’d be able to review my current medical issue and be able to send over a prescription to my local pharmacy the same day. I had a prescription sent over within an hour for the infection + an anti inflammatory, and an antiseptic mouthwash to take care of the infection and help treat the pain. I have been at this location for several visits .. I live in Georgia but divide my time from there to Deerfield Beach and as a senior I have several issues which I need to address… I always have the utmost respect and concern from the doctors and also the staff They take their time and treat me as if I’m their only patient,,, and hold doors for me as I have to use a cane and help in assisting me as if I were the only patient Dr Deleo and PA Virginia are the ones I see most Often but the entire staff from front desk and the nurses are excellent in explaining in very explicit terms what the best methods of care and diet and supplements I need for my health … I have referred friends to this specific location and everyone is very pleased with their help! The worst emergency clinic at all , I vist this on 12/27/2025 for a simple consultation because I had some redness on my skin, they barely looked for what I had and throughout some medicine to cvs!! The abuse is when they charge your insurance for 600 dollares which was paid by Oscar and also charged me $68.75 from my account which I tried to start a claim but was denied, so I found out that my informations I fill out on the clinic they used to keep me charging stuffs I didn't agreed with, they made me sign the forms and for the consultation and not for charges!!! Horrible clinic, I'll let me insurance know the abuse they are doing to them and to me for a simple consultation!!
