How do i describe this place? Very welcoming & caring! I met Dr. Nicole Baumgartner Jan 2025 to begin my new adventure with cochlear implants. I was so nervous, every step was explained to me and all my questions were answered! I had my first implant in May and anticipated with excitement to have my second implant in November! My sister Tammy Janus works at Hearing Evaluation Services of Buffalo and recommended them to me. my son has been to 2 other places and always felt like just a number and not a patient parent . Cherise Keane was so great with my ADHD son. She was very patient and knowledgeable. When she was giving my son the evaluation She let him know what was going to happen before she did it. All the equipment that is used is updated. I also feel that it is more accurate. After the Evaluation we sat in her office and talked about the results. She explained everything and answered any questions and concerns I had. My son currently has hearing aids, but I was looking into getting new ones for him and we talked about the different options. She suggested that I talk with his school and teachers of the deaf

I met the lady at the front maybe the secretary, I’m sorry that I can’t write her name, she’s very courteous, professional-efficient and very Kind. The specialist Dr. Malone is excellent, her explanation how the hearing test works was easy to understand. I asked several questions to Dr. Malone, including the kind of hearing aids that they have and everything relating to them. My experience was very good in that clinic.

The moment you walk through the door at Hearing Evaluation Services you’re greeted by the two wonderful ladies at the front desk who treat you like family. They don’t just show respect they genuinely care. Dr. Jill Bernstein, Au.D., is the specialist I primarily work with, and she is outstanding. Over the years, I’ve also had the pleasure of working with a few other specialists at this practice, and one thing remains consistent, they are all excellent. They truly care about their patients and are always available to answer any questions, whether in person or over the phone. I highly recommend Hearing Evaluation Services of Buffalo to anyone experiencing hearing difficulties, tinnitus, or in need of hearing aids. Believe me, this is the place to go. HES Tonawanda, with Dr Sutton and all the support staff, is a fantastic practice. I am treated with respect every step of the way and they are also fun and willing to joke around a bit. I wasn't aware how profound my hearing loss was and now that I have my aids I have benefited beyond all measure! I can concentrate better, I can be in a crowded and loud social setting without struggling to hear and to engage! I can engage with people again!
