Wonderful doctors, terrible office staff. The doctors are amazing but you have to get past the miserable and incompetent office staff before you get to them.

Dr. Ghanny is a great doctor with a nice bedside manner. He is thorough and really takes his time explaining every lab and treatment option and answering questions. I particularly like how he always makes sure to ask my child if they have any questions. The office can be difficult to reach by phone, but are very responsive via email. We have been very happy with the care we receive there.

I’ve been calling for months to get an appointment to my disappointment no one calls you back. When I did several follow up calls they mentioned they had two chart files for my son I asked why they replied with miss spelling of his name but same last name every time I call same answer. No one there knows how todo there job. There slow rude and completely incompetent. Every one especially the women answering the phones and imputing the information into files should be fired... If I could give them no stars I would. One star is still too many stars for them.. I hope someone in the Human Resources department reads this and does something about there staff.

Very upset! I called them the 3rd week of April 2019 and as of today June 3rd 2019 - no appointment yet scheduled! I'm still waiting. I'm very upset. At first they told me they needed information from our Pediatrician for the doctor to review in order to make an appointment. They said they would request this information. 2 weeks later, I called and noone ever requested it. Then the request was finally sent. My pediatrician sent it right over that day. They told me they would call me once doc reviewed the information. No call since and it has been a month! It is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! I will be making an appointment elsewhere.

My daughter saw Dr. Aisenberg following the death of our former endo. who had started her on GH treatment. I couldn't initially get an appointment for six months but I wrote Dr. Aisenberg a letter asking that she be seen earlier. He kindly arranged his calendar to see her at the three month mark, which was perfect. He followed her care for the next several years. At times, he was stumped on how to treat her but did his due diligence and found another treatment option to which my daughter responded well. It was challenging at times to get an appointment for a single working mom, but their office worked with me. I have nothing but the best things to say about Dr. Aisenberg and the hospital staff, from reception to the nurses. I have recommended other patients to his office and they ha
