First, we waited for almost a month to get the apnea test for my husband after our doctor ordered it. He was diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea in mid-Dec-2025. Now it's a month waiting for them to actually contact us about a CPAP or other solution. All they will say is "he is on the list, and they will get to him when they can". We are seriously considering going to Sleep Apnea Solutions, due to the lack of response and consideration at this place. And we WILL be asking our doctor to switch their recommendations for sleep apnea to a different provider. Absolutely unacceptable.

Lacey was very professional, knowledgeable and yet warm and friendly. There are a lot of medical terms and technical terms and she explained it in a way that I could understand and be able to operate the machine myself. I highly recommend their services should you find yourself in the need of a CPAP or BiPAP machine.

I have used a CPAP machine for 19 years. Angie and Timothy at Home Care Medical in Lees Summit are amazing! I have never had such amazing service! They were understanding of my mask situation. Angie found alternative products for me . Timothy fitted me and showed me how to adjust my mask. I couldn’t be more happy with the customer service I received by both of these stellar employees. Angela, I believe is her name, went above and beyond for me today. I spoke to her on the phone and told her I would be in there before lunch. I got held up, and didn't get there till she was on her lunch break. She assisted me in the middle of her lunch when she definitely was not expected to.
