Rochelle at Hometown Urgent Care is absolutely wonderful. She is incredibly patient, kind, and truly takes the time to listen and understand what you are going through. You never feel rushed during appointments, and she explains things in a way that makes you feel comfortable and supported. During a very stressful medical situation, Rochelle showed genuine compassion and professionalism. She made sure my concerns were heard and helped guide my care with thoughtfulness and expertise. It’s rare to find a provider who combines knowledge with such a caring bedside manner. I am very grateful for the care I received and highly recommend Rochelle to anyone looking for a provider who truly cares about their patients.

My insurance very clearly shows I have a $20 deductible. My deductible has also been met for the year so I should not be paying anything further I am a veteran and the VA covers all of my Urgent Care visits. Instead of contacting any of my insurance agencies. When I asked why, the receptionist said, "Oh because that's what your insurance says"...my insurance has never charged me $45 as a copay for any service no matter what it was. When I called today to try to discuss the issue the billing department would not answer when I was sent straight to a pay my bill option because none of the other options were correct. I called the actual facility and was told that $45 is the minimum that they will charge unless the insurance card says something different. My insurance card says $20 and if they

This place was is very awesome. My experience. They made me feel very welcome. I felt like absolute trash. The nurses were very personable. The lady at the front desk was very nice and the doctor is absolutely hilarious and very helpful. Recommend this place to anybody looking for urgent care. Thank you!

My visit with Hometown Urgent Care was a very welcoming. The receptionist and the nurses were all personable and really informative. My experience with the Doctor vastly exceeded my expectations. Not only was she personable. She made it a point to take note of all of my concerns and she offered multiple options for my treatment. I didn’t even know this urgent care was in The Shoppes and I shop there all the time! My family usually goes to MetroHealth Middleburg Express Care, but since they close at 2pm on weekends, I Googled another urgent care and this one came up first—and I’m so glad it did! It’s super close to home, only about five minutes down the road. Everyone here was amazing. The staff was so kind to both me and my child, and the wait time was super short. The provider who saw my little one Beverly Williams, FNP was very knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and made him feel completely comfortable. You can tell they really care about their patients. This will definitely be the only urgent care my family and I go to from now on!
