Hospital Almater

Had a great experience with my procedure all the nurses were kind and on point with pain management. I don’t know why all these people are giving it a 1 star review because this facility is super clean and I was treated like a queen I will return.

I went to be seen on 6/22/24 after dealing with severe back pain. I have a chronic issue that I believed was an emergency case, so I decided to let the staff determine if my situation would require a regular overnight consultation or emergency care. When I arrived, I noticed the waiting room was full. They informed me that there were 9 patients ahead of me, and only one doctor was attending to both emergency and regular consultations. As soon as they saw me, they immediately classified my case as an emergency. They moved me to the emergency area, and the staff was on point and very kind throughout. The hospital facility is clean and organized. However, the waiting time is horrible. I called in advanced to schedule an appointment, but they only do walk ins. I waited 2 hours for vital signs and weight to be taken care of and a period of 3 1/2 hours total just to be seen. Will avoid this hospital next time.

The waiting time for medical consultation for an adult is too high. Only two people including me were waiting for the service and almost two hours. For private health care is the worst hospital I ever get into. ( For the waiting time). The facilities are ok.

Terrible service the receptionists are very rude the pediatric on duty didn't even know wat medication to give me son who was very sick with a cold plus the long wait time.... Ive give them a zero if I could
