Houghton Rehabilitation and Nursing Center

Houghton Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is a really wonderful place. My family member received such great care here by literally all of the staff. Everyone is sincere, professional, and they all went out of their way to treat my loved one with dignity and great care. At first I was concerned about the location seeming so far away from more populated areas but I came to realize quickly that it’s the people not the place that make all the difference and here, the people are phenomenal. They work hard and I could not have asked for a better place for my relative to receive care in the final phases of life. An immense and enormous thank you to all of the staff. Houghton Nursing Facility has and continues to provide wonderful care for my father. All staff starting with Jenna in admissions and Lisa in finance, Pam in social work, all PT nursing, maintenance and nutrition staff are so caring and considerate. They are kind to my father and take the time with him. These people are truly the best!

This nursing home has gone out of their way to take care of my sister. I can’t say enough good about this place. They are very caring. The staff are angels.

I want to thank all the nurses and staff for the love and care given to my Mom. She especially loved the activities available. The dining room service was like a good restaurant experience. I was impressed with the variety of juices and drinks offered her at each meal. God bless you all.

Houghton is a very nice place to be. I’ve wanted to bring my mother in law here from her current place. The updates to the building are very good and I would recommend Houghton. The community is exceptional and the natural view is amazing.
