The transportation service is first class. My mother is a patient that uses the service all the time. The van is alway clean and Sylvia provides on time service for her doctors appts.

If you care about your loved ones please DO NOT COME TO this facility! Don't take my word for it. They have a new name now Caraday of Houston and it's the SAME OLD SAME! First let me start with the positives. Admissions was great. Sabrina did an amazing job of communicating and helping navigate the process. It was also very quick. Well there is such a thing as too good to be true. My father's cognitive functioning was higher the a large percentage of the residents. He told me that it smelled terrible the entire weekend he was there. He also complained that his roommate was loud and the nurses had to make him go to sleep. He said the water was cold each time he took a shower. Thinking that my dad was just complaining for no reason I gave him some time and then I visited him on Sunday. The

This 1 star is directed only to management. Since became houston heights management is so horrible. Administrator. DON . Social worker and business office. Never have I ever been treated so rudely and they have no compassion at all. My son has been there for probably 15 years. Every one was great. Treated him great and took care of him and his up keep. Now they do nothing. Most horrible management ever. Management is rude hateful will not answer my calls. I cannot even begin to really Express my opinion of management. CNAs are great, nurses not so much. Will not even talk to me. Very disappointed in this new so called management.

The staff and people there are great, patients appear happy and well treated. The people who are responsible for paying the bills haven't paid this contractor for 4 trips last year. I'm patient, and small, and they obviously take advantage of that and hide behind an LLC as added protection.

This nursing facility over the last several months has changed dramatically. The building looks good, attitude of staff is better and the care is so much better. I toured about a year ago and was definitely not impressed but I recently stopped by and my mind has changed. I had the opportunity to speak to the admissions dept by phone and the gentleman was so nice and informative.
