The owner/pharmacist Rob is a really helpful and friendly person. I left for a road trip Kelowna and forgot to take my meds before I left, so I called him about 10 min before I drove through to see if he could cover me with an emergency supply. By the time I got there he had them ready for me - I was back on the road within minutes! Can't say enough about the customer service here. Give them a shot. Thanks again for helping me out, Rob, it was a pleasure to meet you!

I went in to get some hydrogen peroxide for a cat scratch. Robert asked the last time I had a tetanus shot and as it had been a long time he explained why I should get one that day. Within 10 minutes I had my shot. Excellent service. I would highly recommend this pharmacy.

Great new pharmacy in Grand Forks, BC. The owner/operator is extremely helpful in answering your questions, and takes the time to explain a new medication. Important to note, is that we didn't get shorted on medication, like we have 3 times in the past year from Pharmasave, who don't follow up when you bring this to their attention.
