I am dissatisfied with the behavior of the registered nurse during my recent visit. Her rudeness and lack of professionalism made me feel disrespected and undermined my confidence in the care I received. . I hope that steps will be taken to address this issue and ensure that all patients are treated with the respect and empathy they deserve.

Tried using the walk in clinic today for my granddaughter. Filled in the appropriate form and was informed that we should expect a call back. Never got a call, not even a status call. I Called and was told it closed at 5:00 and we could no longer access this clinic Jenn had gone home. The phone system while I was on hold hung up repeatedly. Horrific customer service. These are medical appointments for sick individuals, do not advertise this service if you cannot provide the service.

Don't go to this walk in clinic, it's awful! The pharmacy staff and nurse are great, but the doctors are a joke. You'll be waiting for hours for a 2 minute video call with a doctor that doesn't even listen to a word you say. There were only 3 people there including myself and it took 2 hours to get in; and we were all there the moment it opened.

Walk in clinic advertised, but there's a post saying they're not available

Went to market mall clinic at 10 am as Google said they have Sunday hours. They do not. Information should be updated. Had to go across town to clinic by Pinos. Told i possibly had pneumonia. Told i needed puffers and antibiotics. Told i would get a call by 3 pm and would have the prescription asap. Was told that he would ensure i had meds today. Well I got no call and when I called pharmacy at 3:15 I got told that clinic person left 30 minutes before and that maybe I'd still get a call from virtual med? Maybe is a great response. I would think that quality service would ensure that all open files for the day have had a response. It's now 6:30 pm and my breathing is worse and I have no meds. It's not enough to put up pretty brick and mortar buildings. You have to actually care about the p
