My mom is a patient there and was supposed to be set up to see a Gynecologist and the person that sets up the appointment has not been very helpful. My mom was waiting to hear back with an appointment date and name of the Gyn. She never heard anything until she called to ask about it. She was then told that she was scheduled at HCA, my mom asked the name of the physician and the lady could not give her a name that she didn’t have a physician name only a phone number. And that her appointment was scheduled for June 5th. My mom then called to confirm that she did have said appointment scheduled and to find out what physician she is scheduled to see because she wants to see a female doctor.
