Staff was friendly, warm and welcoming. I didn't feel dismissed. The assistant was very kind. I felt at ease in the office. The dentist came and introduced herself and was very informative. I appreciated the knowledge and info she passed along to me as that was my first time at the beach location. I was previously in the south location and found out the day before it was closing permanently so I was very nervous. I'm thankful they have the team they have. So far so good 😊.

I have dental anxiety from bad past experiences , so I tend to put off going to the dentist. I am so happy I made an appointment at Ideal Dental, everyone there was very kind from the moment I arrived. I was asked about my anxiety and what triggers it. Dr Hashim went over my options for treatment and ways we can lessen my discomfort and stress. She explained thoroughly what needed to be done to bring my teeth back to a healthy state, while going over my X-rays. She is very thorough, professional and takes her time explaining. I was given a treatment plan for my deep scale cleanings, filling and crown with detailed itemization and options for payment. I had a wonderful first appointment with the hygienist at this practice Ideal Dental last week. He was friendly gentle thorough and explained everything he was going to be doing as the cleaning was happening. He asked me to let him know if I was feeling any sensitivity while he was using the equipment and said he would change the way he was cleaning if necessary.
