As a Disabled veteran Rachelle of billing department needs to be more professional than condescending toward patients. She also needs to approach patients with respect instead of rude and non caring attitude.

Doesn't know what he's doing. Told me I had TMJ,also that no matter what scan I have it wouldn't show anything. I had a pet scan last week I have cancer in my neck.He basically was letting me die
