Impeccable Dental Design

Impeccable is my “Go-To” restorative lab. I do a lot of conventional PFM and E-Max work and I continue to be impressed with their work. But it takes an extraordinarily difficult case to really separate out a lab that is just good, from a lab that can shine in the face of a real challenge. Today I seated a case, two PFM’s that had to be retrofit under an existing partial denture, where the patient couldn’t give up the partial. In 35 years of practice, I’ve needed to do this perhaps a dozen times and the seating appointment is always nerve-wracking. Well, today it was easy as pie, and the partial clasps and rests actually fit the new crowns more precisely than they had on the original teeth and, in seating the partial, I could feel the sudden grab of the clasps as it all seated home.
